Looking beyond the track itself.
Railway construction does not end at rails and sleepers. Many projects need additional work around the track area. Innovative Bahnbau supports civil and ancillary works based on a specific task description. Any earthworks, cable civil works or preparatory tasks are defined in the individual scope.
Understanding existing infrastructure and access.
Preparation requires information about existing assets, proposed work areas and access. Before interventions below ground, the responsible parties need to clarify the required information and permissions. We coordinate the tasks assigned to us with the other activities on site.
Enquiring with practical information.
A bill of quantities, location drawings and a proposed construction sequence help us assess the request. Let us know which preparatory works are in place and where the boundaries with other trades lie. We discuss materials, removal arrangements and documentation to suit the order.
